Yet, few leaders have demonstrated true commitment to gender mainstreaming as boldly and decisively as the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun.
His tenure has marked a turning point, one that aligns the Nigeria Police Force with global best practices, while building a more inclusive, equitable, and professionally enriched policing institution.
