Senator representing Ondo Southern Senatorial District and Ambassador-designate, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim has been described a blessing to this generation.
Bamidele Omosehin, a prominent House of Representatives hopeful, made this assertion on Tuesday while congratulating the billionaire business magnate on his birthday celebration.
He said the contributions of Ibrahim at the Senate could not be quantified considering the impact this has made on the nation.
Omosehin noted that the contributions of Senator Ibrahim at United Nations and African parliamentary are tremendous and his ideas had been integrated into the policies of these international assemblies.
He emphasized that his nomination and appointment as an Ambassador-designate would go a long way in shaping Nigeria’s image at the International level when his posted to the country where he’s going to represent Nigeria.
In his words: “This generation is fortunate to have Senator Jimoh Ibrahim. He has been a blessing to our generation.
“I have observed his contributions on the floor of the Senate which cannot be quantified.
“The bills he sponsored and saw to the point of being passed and assented to for the development of his constituency and the nation.
“At international and world levels, his roles at African Parliament and United Nations are tremendous.
“A number of his postulations and ideas have been integrated into the policies of these organization.
“Now that he has been appointed as an Ambassador-designate, whichever country he will be sent to, he’s going to boost the image of our country with his intellectual prowess.”
Omosehin, a philanthropist, who has severally empowered many elderly, widows and youths in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State, congratulated Senator Jimoh Ibrahim on his birthday, wishing his long life and prosperity.
